We understand that most health insurance plans do not cover assisted reproductive technologies. Because Insurance benefits vary widely with each patient and insurance carrier, we suggest that you check your individual policy or call your insurance company to determine whether, and to what extent, you are covered. At RUTEK Center for Reproductive Medicine we provide access to the highest possible quality care at affordable cost.
In addition to our traditional fee-for-service option and insurance coverage for in vitro fertilization (IVF), we offer The Shared Risk Refund Plan as an alternative for qualified patients who have no insurance coverage in order to minimize their financial exposure. This plan allows qualified patients for a fixed fee to undergo as many as 3 fresh and 3 frozen IVF cycles. If live birth results, the fee is earned by the center. If live birth does not result, the center refunds a substantial amount of the initial fee thus "sharing" in the risk of the cost of the procedure.
The financial coordinator at RUTEK Center for Reproductive Medicine will review payment options with each couple participating in IVF.
Financing through a line of credit or a personal loan from a local bank is also an option for many couples.
RUTEK Center for Reproductive Medicine does not endorse any financial institution.
We require that payment for all non-covered fertility services be received at the time of service. We also appreciate payment of IVF treatment prior to the start of medication for the IVF cycle.
Personal Checks or Money Order: Personal checks or money order should be made payable to RUTEK Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
